I am new here and have been searching the forums trying to find out if it is possable to set my caller id to only display the name of a contact and not their number if they are in my address book?

Good question, but I would have to think no. Since people have more than one number I think it just will say their name and number. I just think the device wants to give you the most info they can about who's calling you. Why is this bothering you?

Good question - I was wondering the same thing. I don't think there's a way to change this.

Maybe someone could write a theme that takes this out? It's funny, I never even noticed the number comes up, I just see the name and answer it!
