Is there a way for the name in the address book to display when a call is coming in while the phone is locked? I realize that if the phone is locked and there is an incoming call from someone in my contacts list, only the number will display, not the name. Any ideas?

Under security general settings you have it set to include address book. You have to set that to No

Be sure your address book is not encrypted under your security settings. That causes the issue you're describing.
