How can I import my phone (BB 8330m, OS 4.5.0.175) contacts into Microsoft Outlook contacts? My carrier is Sprint and I want to know if there is a way to back up BB 8330m phone contacts to a .csv file so I can import into MS Outlook? I have Desktop Manager v5.0.1.18, and I have 12251502 Bytes of memory left after installing apps. I've already deleted the contents of my Microsoft Outlook contacts folder (backed up to a .csv file first!).

When I use DTM and go into the configure synchronization mode, check synchronize organizer data and update device date and time, then click synchronize I get an "Intellisnyc error." What am I doing wrong? Do the fields have to be mapped? I’ve even went through the changes of deleting the intellisync folder and re-connecting my BB and going through the whole process again, only to have it give me the same error. I tried to use Yahoo to import contacts but the fields came out jumbled.
