I know this topic has been covered in the past, but here goes...

I just recently added an IMAP BIS email account to my BB. If I delete on the BB, it deletes off of Outlook, no problemo.

Butttt....the other way around, no good. If I delete (or mark read) in Outlook, it doesn't reconcile back to the BB.

My "sync" button is checked on the Verizon BB email site, and I have wireless sync ON in the Options.

Any thoughts??
