    I installed the IM Yahoo program. But when I sign in, it says "Service not enabled for this handheld."
    Why so? Please help me.

    RIM has recently released a new version of the Yahoo messenger client, which you can download from your BB at mobile.blackberry.com. Try it out and see if it fixes your problem.
