will it be a permanent thing even if i wipe, reset, upgrade or downgrade the software, and drop it in the toilet, etc. the phone regardless what i do with it will stay unlocked forever? (i know this sounds dumb , but just wanna make sure before i do it)
np, if you were an att cust before or had service with them for 3+ months you can just call them for the unlock code. at no charge. if they ask tell em your going on a trip to euro or something and want to use a local provider.
