There's an app called aerize that allows you to store less used apps on the card but you have to load them onto device memory to use them

Blueberry suggestion is your only option but obviously you cannot store to SD card and use them at the same time.

At the moment, no. Hopefully RIM has it in the works, but I believe it has to do with them not wanting to be slow like winSLOW devices.
