Ive read the tutorials on how to add people....but when i requested to add someone they never got the request. And when my friend requested me i never got the request. If anyone can help it would be greatly appropriated.

Do you and your friend both have data plans? BB messenger works on data and if one of you don't have it it will not work.

the only data plan i know of that i have is the basic one....one thats not for corporate emails or businesses....i just have the basic plan that i had to get when i got my phone.

Yes. she has the same data plan as me. the basic plan.

Delete the pending contact(s) if you haven't already.

open BBM > press menu > select Add Contact > scroll up to Use Once but DO NOT CLICK THAT,
instead press menu and select Request by PIN > enter the PIN of the others BB > press t/ball >
edit message if you wish, if not press OK and you are done

I did that just now and it still isnt sendin her a request to be added.
