    I went to the BIS website and tried to create a new account, but it wouldn't let me. It says that the pin I entered already has an account. I just bought the phone from someone on ebay, so I guess the person that owned the phone before me already has an account. Now, I dunno what to do! I don't have BIS on my phone (I have BES).

    You are either going to have to contact the seller to log in to the BIS website and delete the accounts previously setup on that PIN, or call your carrier to do it.

    If you can't get a hold of the seller you will have to call t-mobile and have them release the pin..
