I have tried to search for this info everywhere and i guess its not possible cuz i can't find any answer on the topic

is there any way to actually send a sms, mms, email with out having to go to the menu and pressing send.

like a shortcut for sendin with out goin thru the menu screen???

No. There isn't. You can press the trackball twice, though.
