    well i upgraded to OS 4.5 but i still dont have HTML email. i resent the service books. Do i need to call sprint to get this working?

    Try to check in here as well, JUST in case..

    email>options>email settings>enable HTML email = yes

    Resend the service book from your carriers BIS, not from the device. If you have no access to the BIS site, then have your carrier send them. Did you do a register now as well after you updated?

    options>advanced options>host routing table>menu register now

    all sorted - good, assumed the sb you did was from the BIS

    thank you guys. yes logging into sprint.blackberry.com to send the SB did the trick vs doing it from the handheld.
