i installed BB desktop manager with media manager .. but i dun see the media manager installed?? i also see device manager

is there another way i can drag files to and from my bb 8300 ? i also downloaded the USB DRIVER to see if i can access the BB as a memory drive.. it won't open for me either

any other options?

Desktop Manager contains the drivers for your BB. If you launch Desktop Manager, you should see an icon for Media Manager.

If you have a microSD card in your BB, then you can use it as a mass storage device, accessing it from windows explorer, if you enable mass storage mode on the BB from the media card options.

Using the mass storage method is MUCH better than dealing with Media Manager.
