    I have a 8320.

It works fine until I'm actually talking to someone one it. I may be able to talk for 30 minutes or 30 seconds but then it will freeze up on me. White screen with the hourglass. the red light at the top flashes. Looks like what happens when I take the battery out and then replace. But this only happens when I'm on a call. Well I haven't really played on the internet with it so i guess there's still the possibility it can happen when i'm on the web.

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas as to what may cause this and how to fix.

Go to Options > Status, and tell me what you have for File Free.

The same would happen to my first curve. It would re-boot while I was on a call. I had to send it in for a replacement.

hopefully, you will not have to if it only happens once. Mine did it several times a day. I have had no problems with the second one I got.

    I have 13198401 bytes free.

It pretty much happens every time I talk on the phone. Only thing that changes is how long I can talk before it happens.

You can either reload the OS or have the phone replaced under warranty.

sunkast, what version of the OS does this? I have 4.2.2.194 on my 8310. It's the current latest released version for this phone.

    Like the new Avatar.

I don't know for sure. Any time I've seen this issue come up, the only solution has to been to get the phone replaced.
