My speakers don't work on my phone and i have no idea why I didn't drop it, get it wet,, i don't even allow my children near it. Just don't work, while the phoen works for calls. The ringer doesn't work, the mp3 player does play with no sound and the alarm no longer works. What kinda crap is that for a phone that I just bought in december? Can someone at least point me in the right direction? Please!!!

Try to pull your battery out for 30 seconds and put it back in

make sure that your profile isnt on silent, and if its not, pull the battery, if that doesnt fix it, call your carrier and have it replaced!

It can be any of the above mention, either the phone is Muted or it's on Silent. If any of the above is true, then the "Crap" is operator's error.

its not muted, the battery has been pulled, i even called and did the troubleshooting over the phone, and they are at a loss as well. I even wiped the handset and started it all over from scratch. Trust me its not operator error I have done everything that can be done.
