    After I record and want to play my video it state that "the media being played is of an unsupported format." How do I fix this?

    Copy everything on your media card over to your computer. Reformat your media card in the BlackBerry. Copy everything back over to the card and try again.

    Don't even do that. Your media card is using encryption turn it off .....

    You have to go to "media card" in "options" and change "encrypt media files" to "no." That will solve the problem, as JackOfBlades said.
