I have:

1. disabled the firewall
2. removed the battery for 30 seconds
3. reregistered the device

But NONE of these things have helped!! Will somebody please assist me with this....

i am having this same problem.. i try to view the folder on the menu button, but im getting an error message that reads "Uncaught exception: index 65536 >= 64" i have no idea what this means. i googled it and found nothing. i also found out that the message appears to have sent but the receiver does not get the message.

Is this issue all carriers that try to send you an sms? Have you tried sending yourself one to see if you receive it?

Who is your service provider, did you try calling them?
Is it a new phone less then a week old? some times it takes a few days to get messaging working right.

Make sure you have the correct country code, if your in the US and have another code it will put a 1 in front of the text trying to go out.
