I have an AT&T branded 8320 with 4.5.0.99 OS. When I get HTML type emails I do not get them in HTML format. I had no problem with this on my 8310 using 4.5.0.81. I have resent the service books several times and the email settings are set up to accept HTML emails.

Any advice to solve this problem would be much appreciated.

    Thank you.

I did not think 4.5.0.99 was out. Are you sure you downloaded the right one?

The OS version is correct. I did not download it. It came with the phone.

Have you tried hosting a routing table? Options>Advanced Options>Host Routing Table>Menu>Register

Nope. I'll give that a try. What should that do? Not familiar with routing tables.

It will just register your phone on your carriers network.

That works fine on 4.5.0.77. I'm not familiar with .99. It might have something to do with the beta. You might want to check in the beta forum for an answer.

Yes. All settings are correct. I am thinking it has to do with the OS version.
