    I have Desktop Manager and I've backed up all my info and synched my BB to Outlook but I can't figure out how to upload the pictures/videos.

    Media manager should look like this. Just drag and drop. The link I posted above has media manager if yours doesn't.

    Yay I got it to work! It doesn't quite look like yours since I have Vista.

    I have another question, every time I connect my BB to Desktop manager it reverts back to that obnoxious cloud wallpaper. Is there anyway to avoid that?
