I did the upgrade to the new BB OS but my phone is not working correctly. Can anyone please point me to step by step instructions on how to delete the OS and then reinstall the current OS? I searched but didn't find what I needed.

Simple answer, download and install the original OS from your carrier.

Remove the later version with Windows Control Panel.

BlackBerry Desktop Manager will roll you back.

Where can I find the original OS? I have looked on the VZW site and the Blackberry site and they don't offer the original OS.
