I have my new BB.
I have about 20 pictures on my Phone that I want to transfer to a Folder on my PC's Desktop.
I installed the CD Rom that came with my BB.
I'm looking at ROXIO and trying to import my pictures with no luck.
I know I'm going something incorrectly.

Could someone post a reply with Step By Step/Billet Poinys on how to do this?

It would be MUCH appreciated!

First, Welcome to Blackberry!

Second, don't use Roxio.

Go to setup, then media card. turn on mass storage mode.

When you plug your BB into your PC via USB, it should now act like an external drive and you can drag and drop your pictures faster and easier.

Roxio works the same way...drag & drop into Roxio by opening your BB device under My Computer and going into the Picture file...I use Roxio with DM 5.0 with the split screen open so no need to open that extra file any longer. Can select what pics I want to transfer and click the "move up" option to transfer. Easy!

You also have the option to email them
