first, i want to introduce myself,my name Alfin from indonesia...
blackberry have a feature to counting users voice and data usage...
you can check your data and voice usage by type "BUYR" on status screen (options-status)

i recently bought a blackberry handset (8320) but in the voice and data usage written "exceeded 60 minutes" and "exceeded 250k",
while I have never used it...

can you help me to reset the voice and data usage to 0 (zero)
