    can u help me guys? im working in one shop and we are selling blackberry, one customer return his blackberry with the passwaord on it and we cannot wipe the handheld anymore because its asking for a password, how can i access it? is there a way? thanks in advance

    Just enter the password incorrectly (3-10 times) and the device will wipe.

    The password will then be removed.

    Welcome... chrisy is correct... the device will be wiped after the last incorrect password... it will tell you, but it is normally set at 10 attempts... this will also reset the password.
