I'm selling my old curve and don't want anyone accessing my info on the phone. How do I wipe the handheld clean? Can I do this on the phone directly?

Yes, Options, Security, General Settings, Menu, Wipe Handheld.

Your phone number will still show in your phone, though, and you must still call your provider and release your PIN or the next owner might receive your emails.

Will double tripple check. I've read about phones going a little crazy after a wipe, common issue?

Will this uninstall all apps & app info too?

It wipes all personal info not sure about apps. It will keep all carrier installed apps but the ones you have installed may need to be redownloaded..
