I deleted bbmaps from my curve but realized later that I want it back. when I try to download it, it tells me that my device wont support the app. whats up??

If I remember correctly, you have to use DM app loader to reinstall BB Maps. The OTA download from RIM is for devices that use an older version of OS (< 4.3 if I remember correctly).

That's right. You should be able to find BB Maps in the list under app loader in DM.
