Not really quite sure what you are trying to accomplish.
Can you expand your question?
options>security options>general settings, hit menu wipe handheld. Returns to factory defaults.
He means "format" the device as you would a PC, and start from scratch.
Download the operating system and desktop manager from the BB website. You should be able to wipe it clean from there.
EDIT: Or you could do the much easier approach that pltaylor suggested! hehe
Let's hold off on the wiping instructions for a bit until
the OP gets back. I'd hate to think of someone wiping
their device unless that is in fact what they want to do.
