I quick check on DataViz's website indicates that you need BES 4.1.5 or higher for native attachment downloading and uploading. That's a bummer for me because my company's BES is something less than 4.1.5.

I have the same problem. We use BES v3.6. Nothing you can do about it until your IT upgrades.

I just checked this out. I cant seem to find this Docs to Go app. But I do have OS 4.5 on t-mobile. I can save the files and open them in emails. I can create an email and find the file, then attach it. But I can't seem to find the file and delete from my memory card using my blackberry. Do I have to hook it up to a computer in order to delete it?

You probably still have the original, and only authorized, OS. If you do still have the original OS, you cannot, you have to have 4.5OS.
Thanks, guess I'll just wait for Verizon to release it.

Don't bother, you are 4.3. But if you do, hold down Left alt>Left Shift>and press H. That will bring up a screen that tells you a lot of useful info.

Check the stickies at the top of the forum. For a CDMA Curve your looking for 4.5.0.77.

After I upgraded to t-mo's OS 4.5, I had to go back to Desktop Manager --> Application Loader and enable Docs to Go. The application was there, but the checkbox needed to be enabled.
