Was wondering if anyone can help. I just upgraded my 8330 on Verizon to 4.5, but I am not getting the HTML email formatted correctly, it looks the same. I have searched this site and it appears from what I read if I resend my service books it will format the mail correctly. Unfortunately I don't know how to resend the and can't find an posts that give a how to to do this. Looking for a little direction. Thanks.

Log into Verizon's BIS site.

Not sure if that site works, you may have to get at it some other way.

You will need to go too your BIS Page on your web browser or phone. Which ever here is the site BlackBerry Internet Service You will then log in*if you have not created an account do so* Then when you log in you will see a link that says Service books. There are actuall a few ways. Go to your email setup icon (the envelope with the cog) then click on service books.

Or go options >advanced>host routing table>hit menu b utton then register now
