    Go to options then select advaced options and then applications. This will show you all installed apps. Highlight what you want and select delete from drop down menu

    And after you have deleted the app, the phone will need a reset to complete the uninstall. Beware that some of the apps you might see on your device like facebook are servicebooks that get pushed from verizon and cannot be deleted. They won't appear in the applications menu.

    when trying to delete the "help", "blackberry maps", "password keeper", and "tasks", delete isn't an option. i have a mac. what would somebody recommend doing?

    Borrow a friend's or relative's PC and use Desktop Manager to remove the apps with Application Loader.
