Well I bought a curve off a guy from here (CB) and he didnt get rid of his password...He told me what it was but Im never without it. How Do I get rid of his password do I just delete the password keeper or what? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

password keeper has nothing to do with the password for the device.....under security options disable the password, enter his password and save....go back in and enable it and it will ask for new password and save again....hope i helped!

Options > Security > General > Menu > Wipe Handheld.

Now just to warn you, this will erase all personal information from the phone. So if there is anything you need, be sure to back it up. Especially your contacts.

sin1134- Okay I did that. It shouldn't ask me for it again should it? I cant ever remember what his was I have to look it up every time.

sunkast- Well I cant really do that seeing is how I dont have a personal Computer to do it on and took me 3 hours for the bb support to get my email over to this phone...Guess I'll leave it be...

AHHH!! YAY. Ok just typed in a new one and then put it on disabled again. Actually I already had everything back to how I had on my pearl, all is well now thank you!

yes unless you want to use it to store things like bank account numbers or whatever
