    Just got my 3rd! replacement phone from verizon! This one gives me any trouble and they dont send me a new Phone I"M DUMPING THEM!

    Just put my mem. card in and it says I have to format it....1st time i'm seeing this. Can anyone let me know how to do this......? Please

    try putting in the memory card into the phone, shut the phone off. turn phone on and it should automatically format the card for you on start up.

    Go to Options>Memory>hit BB menu key>select "Format"

    Sup man. If you have any type of files like music, videos , pictures etc?.... Save those onto your computer before you format it because you will lose all of that.
