    profiles>advanced>profilename>SMS Text. You can change anything in here. SMS, MMS, Email and so on.....

    In Profiles. Go to Profiles, scroll down and select Advanced, then select the profile you want to change.

    Sure it is, it is the way you select your profile ex. Loud / Vibrate / Silent etc. All the way at the bottom is advanced.
