    I just got an used 8320 for my wife and it has a lot of contacts, how do I delete all of them?

    Do a wipe:
    Options > Security Options > General Settings > Press Menu > Wipe Handheld

    This will erase the phone book, messages, etc.

    Or to erase just the phonebook, use the desktop manager
