When I try to sync, I get a duplicate address error on the blackberry and my address sync fails. I'd like to delete my entire address book and start fresh by importing my Outlook contacts from scratch. Without wiping my entire blackberry, can I delete my entire address book and start over?

Try going to the Backup/Restore in Desktop Manager .. should be able to Clear the address book from there.

... and just to clarify a bit, once in Backup/Restore click advanced,
highlight your address book on the right and then click clear.

You might want to do a backup before doing this. Ya nevuh know!
