I would like to know how to set up my blackberry so that when it retrieves e-mails from my POP3 server it deletes them on the server. Right now if i go into my outlook on my home computer the same e-mails messages i got on my blackberry come up so i'm having to delete them twice.

Any help you can give would be appreciated.

You usually make that change right on your web email interface under your "Settings".

Messages > Menu > Options > Email Reconciliation > select the POP3 account and set Delete on: to Mailbox & Handheld.

I think you need to set Wireless Reconcile to On as well.
