I used this device few years ago and had set up gmail accounts. Few weeks back I swapped my phone and started using the curve 8310. Now I am unable to setup internet email accounts when I go to email setup. I am not seeing that option at all...I do not remember what I did years back.. Can somebody guide me what I am missing?

What exactly do you mean when you say you aren't seeing that option?

When I choose Email setup, I see only 2 options - 1. I want to use a work email account with a Blackberry Enterprise Server, 2. I want to skip the email setup.
I do not see an option to add or create an internet email address?

That sounds like the phone setup if it says skip. There should be a setup icon, click it then find email. It will be self explanatory once in there.

However, first go to settings and about and tell us what OS you have? I'm assuming you're on 7.1

Hello,
No, I am using v4.5.0.182 Blackberry 8310 (EDGE).
I am sure I clicked Email Setup and it shows only the above options.

I am wondering if I have to install and packages to do this.
