how do i remove passwork keeper and the the stupid default ringtones and backrounds. i already looked at the bb lecture series on how to do it... but i keep getting lost...can someone please tell me a step by step way to delet the annoying default ringtones and wallpaper PLEASEEE!!!

You cannot delete the default ringtones. They are required for normal operation, even if you don't choose to use them. They are also very small, so you don't have to worry about the space they occupy. Stoner's Procedure, reference by Brian and also available in my sig, will help you with everything else.

if you are just looking to replace the ringtones and wallpaper...

Download ringtones and edit profile to set your default tones.
Download wallpaper, save. Set to use as homescreen.
Hover over passwork keeper, hit menu and click hide.

The above is assuming that you just want to change things around and not get rid of them for memory reasons.
