My hotmail icon says i have one new message. But when I go there there is not a new message anywhere? The red star on the application icon usually goes away after reading emails. Why won't the red star go away and the message that tells me I have one unread email? I had to reinstall the service books this morning as they disappeared so I added the hotmail back and now I have this issue - never had it before? Pffft

Sometimes that happens when you had a lost of signal an perhaps the email did arrive to your desktop but not to yuor bb cuase the lost of signal

Hotmail as a mobile app or as an email address that's used by the blackberry email stuff, i just added a hotmail account and i wonder if that may happen to me.
