I want to select icons from the menu screen and move them to my home screen. How do I do this? I just bought my 8330 a couple of weeks ago.

Depending if you have a theme that is cuztomixable, go to the second screen, (app screen) scroll over an icon you want to move, menu key, move, use trackball to move, then trackball click it to place.

I can't get back up to the home screen with the trackball, I need to use the esc key and that kills the task. Unless there's a way to get to the home screen using the trackball that I'm not aware of.

You move them on the same screen, to the beginning of the row, the first 5 are usually what displays o the home screen. You dont actually GO to the home screen.
