Made the mistake of hidding a picture file and now I cannot view it. Need help finding it.

Go to media, click the BB button and select explore. Navigate to the folder where the picture was, click the BB button again and select show hidden. Youshould then be able to see it. Hopefully then you can click the BB button again and un-select hide for that file
