i recently figured out i needed to update my os
now
during the update process
it has been stuck at "back up third party apps" for about an hour
any1 have a clue why
should i just unplug phone and retry?

perhaps your computer program freeze, disconect it will probably make lose information that you have, if you make a normal backup of your information you are ok to restart all the process in case you lost something
