I have a BB 8330 on Sprint. I am giving it to my mother, but no matter what I try, (IE: Change the account email), she still receives my emails as well as hers. I can't seem to find where it is pulling my emails from... is there anything I can do? I even tried a factory reset....still keeps getting my emails.
Call Sprint and have them remove you PIN and ESN from your account. That way
your mother, after she creates her own account, will receive only her email.
