So when I first set up my phone and tried to provision it the error 1012 came up. Well after 3 hours on the phone with sprint tech we finally got it figured out and everything on the phone works.
So I tried setting my email today and the message: "A communication failure occurred with the selected provisioning server. The server may be busy, please try again later. If the problem persists cotact your service provider."
I was able to create a username and password for this but when I tried to set up my hotmail account to it, this is the message that popped up. Any ideas before I call sprint?
