I have a 8320 curve and im having trouble set up my email for my phone. anyone give me any suggestions?

go to blackberry.com and scroll down to email set up then follow the directions for your provider.

so yeah i figured out on blackberry.com that my phone is supposed to give me an application called "email settings"..... yeah thats the reason why im having trouble setting it up probably anyone have any suggestions please?

i forgot to add that i do have the data plan for tmobile.

Do you have an icon called Personal Email setup.

If not go to your carrier BIS Site and setup the email
accounts from there.

i setup an email account for my phone and it is checked valid on the screen. i did my PIN and IMEI like it told me to. what am i looking for now? i got no notification on my phone that my email was set up.

On the left side of the BIS site you will find a link that says Service Books. Click it and resend them to your phone.

blaaaah resending the service books didnt help either... looks like i have to contact the provider? .. =/

wow i found out what was wrong.... the guy who sold me my curve and set up my data plan.. gave me the wrong plan for blackberry.... stupid tmobile. thanks guys for the help. much appreciated.
