I can't reply to my e-mail because there's no send option, only the option to save a draft. I can create the messages and send them but can't reply to them. Texting is fine just this with the e-mail. I have a blackberry e-mail and my work e-mail set up. Also, not all of the e-mails sent to my work get to my Blackberry. I don't know if that has something to do with where they're coming from.
It sounds like your service books have gotten corrupted. Log onto T-mobile's site and resend your service books. I can't help you with the specific steps to do that, but it should be easy to find.
If that doesn't solve the problem, go to Options/Advanced Options/Host Routing Table/Menu/Register Now.
One or the other of these two steps (or both) should re-enable your send capability.
