Okay so my BB 8310 has been working fine, no problems, then all of a sudden after someone called me, all of my buttons stopped working. The only thing that the phone will recognize is the trackball scrolling, but it wont let me select/click anything. But absolutely no buttons will work at all on the phone. I really dont understand why it would happen like this all of a sudden, since ive never had any problems with them before. Im going to bring it into my carrier today but i would like to get some opinions as to why it did this. I really dont want to buy a new phone right now, as it will be $150. Thanks in advance for any suggestions/advice you might have...

Try hardbooting it by taking out the battery waiting a few seconds then replacing it allowing it to start on its own. Guarantee that's the first thing they do for you too so might as well save you and your carrier a few mins

My 8320 did the same thing today. Did a hot battery pull and all is right with the world.
