ok so im new here and this might be a dumb question..but when i try to update my blackberry 8320 with a new os file it doesnt reconize any files in the app loader like it should..even in my application list is empty so everytime i try to do it it doesnt do anything but refresh my phone

Do you have the OS installed on your PC? It's not enough to download it; you have to double-click on the .exe to install it. Are you installing the correct OS? It has to match your phone. You can't install an 8330 OS on an 8320, for example. If you are installing a compatible OS from a different vendor, you have to delete the vendor.xml file from your PC after you install the OS. You can use the windows search command to find it.
