I dropped my phone yesterday and since that happened, I have "no service". I have taken battery out and SIM card and put back in. I tried a different SIM card (in case that got damaged) but still no service. I've had the phone 6 months and Amazon says they won't exchange it and Blackberry says since it wasnt purchased through them, I can't exchange it. I have a one-year warranty but can't seem to do anything with it.
Does anyone know a quick fix for this problem or am I just screwed?
haven't dropped mine, but the last couple of days, i have sporadically been getting the red x indicating that i had no service. to get it back, i reboot, the make a call, like to voice mail until it connects, then it seemingly goes away.
