    I use a T-Mobile Curve 8320 and have had no problems with it for a while. About 3-4 days ago, I was installing and uninstalling the Shazam application from the BB app store. When I was done, and ever since then, I can get NO data over the EDGE network --- this means no email, no web pages, nothing in the facebook app, etc. If I connect using wifi, everything works fine, but when using EDGE no data (Voice and SMS work fine).

    I have done batter pulls, I have looked at my settings (under mobile network service, data services is ON) and I spent an hour on the phone with T-Mobile customer support this AM. Their recc is that I wipe my device clean and start over, which will be tedious.

    Has anyone else encountered this problem?? Thanks for any help

    I'd suggest reloading the operating system into the phone after wiping it. That would probably fix your issue.
