    Good morning everybody,
    incredible, but my BB is still not working
    Actually, I�ve decided to ask for your help, fellow addicts.

    Long story short: I bought my Curve from America, AT&T branded, finally received the code from them to unlock it. GSM is working now, but the e-mails do not arrive; after the registration message the device got blocked somehow.
    Now it says, my �account is suspended. contact the system administrator�
    We tried to troubleshoot the problem with Vodafone for days here, but nothing. My account is fine, it works with other phone as well.
    Obviously, the phone is blocked, but AT&T does not help me without a phone number

    Sooo.... I know it�s kinda strange to ask for sg like this, but: If somebody would have the time (and an AT&T subscription) to call them, and simply ask for the phone unock... well, I would be grateful!

    The problem doesn't seems to be with either of the Providers, but maybe from RIM. Have you registered the phone with RIM? and if so, have you contacted them since attempting to use the phone and do you have a Data Plan?
    PS... your phone seems to be setup to use the RIM's BES system.
