    got some moist on my LCD lens, LCD works fine. Is there any way the lens can be removed without having to remove the faceplate?

    No, I don't think so. Open the thing up and let it dry for a few hours.

    Open in an put it in a Ziplock bag with some rice overnight. It'll dry it up.
